There's an accessible lift to the 1st floor where the theatre is, or the stairs, staff are friendly and there's someone at the theatre entrance to direct you to your seat, there's also a bar serving alcohol and bar snacks, the only downside is the toilets are looking very tired and in need of being updated they are painted red and black very gloomy however we didn't visit to sit in the toilets, so back to the theatre there's plenty of good seating the first 10 rows are on the flat and the rest are teared so you aren't looking at the back of someone's head, there's also a request not to video, photograph whilst the show is on, I would recommend that if you have noise sensitive children that you bring ear defenders, we saw parents who had brought their young babies with prams and buggies and they spent more time going back and forth to the baby changer. Overall we had a great time at the pantomime and will be going again.
