        Gave them 2 Victorian Pearl and Gold necklaces for a chain clean, was told they wont clean because the chains are base metal so i took them to another Jewellers who tested the chains as 9 Carat GOLD. Was told it would cost between 550.00 to 600.00 to replace the chains for Gold chains, as the chains were ACTUALLY GOLD they only required cleaning and NOT replacing. To add insult to injury, a year ago i took 3 Sterling Silver items in for repair and ended up having to pick them up with the Victorian Necklaces
