I Used Alfred Newton Solicitors to act as my Conveyancing solicitors for the sale of my house based in Reddish Stockport. Start to finish took roughly just over 3 months to complete, Their legal assistant dealt with my enquiries unless I asked to speak directly to my solicitor. My solicitor dealt with all my issues in a timely manner and email myself for any outstanding queries. Also the dreaded solicitor clock wasn't running if I needed to speak to her directly, therefore the end invoice was exactly as agreed at the beginning of the process. "Just a note to say", In my case I used an online estate agent who tried to guide myself into using their online solicitors, I was thinking of potential issues regarding Pdf documentation flow on the internet highway and also dealing with different point of contacts every time I needed to speak to to them, I,ve heard of a few nightmares. I chose Alfred Newton due to reviews and also their proximity to my home address ( 1 mile), I collated all documentationon on day one, dropped this off at their offices and only needed two more visits to drop off a few additional items, the last drop off was for House Keys. The fact that they were local made this a very stress free transaction, additionally I dropped off the items on the way to a shop in Aldi (Romiley) another plus for using local solicitors, unless your rich and prefer Waitrose. I'd highly recommend using them for any future transaction.

Appointed Alfred Newton to assist with the purchase of a house, the first time I have been through this process. Alexandra and the wider team were helpful and professional at every stage, answering any questions and responding to emails promptly and thoroughly. Good value for services provided, I heard about them through reccommendation and would reccomend them in turn.
