From the moment we walked in to memories funeral services we knew we had picked the right people to look after our mum Christine. we met Helen who was lovely caring and professional.she talked us through everything made us feel so at ease.kept us informed of every stage of caring for our mum.the funeral was on 28 Feb Simon David and Rebecca all did a great professional job and celebrant Danielle conducted a lovely service for mum it was as if she'd known her for ever .big thank you to memories funeral services and all the team for a excellent caring and professional service lovely family business .(highly recommended )

Absolutely faultless from start to finish. I am not sure I would have been able to get through it without Simon and the team. Simon is a true professional and he took care of everything. I am so grateful to him and the whole team. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Memories stepped in to provide the funeral care for my late father at the very last minute at a time when we were very badly let down by another undertaker. They arranged for my father to be transferred to their care very swiftly and with the minimum of fuss. They were caring and compassionate in a very difficult and distressing situation and nothing seemed to faze them or to be any trouble at all. We initially discussed my father's funeral requirements with Simon and we were left in no doubt that my father would be well cared for and that all arrangements would be attended to precisely and according to our wishes. Without going into immense detail, suffice to say Memories did exactly what they said they would do and more than met our expectations. I cannot praise Memories too highly and would have no hesitation in recommending them to take care of your loved ones.

From the second we walked into memories, Helen gave us a Huge hug and made us feel so comforted due to our Dad passing away, The care and compassion given from Helen and team has been absolutely amazing and they made us feel so warm and welcome at this heartbreaking time. Never felt rushed and always felt welcome, having many of lovely chats with Helen who I can now call a friend of ours. Dads Funeral was respectful and he had the best send off we could've wished for. We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the love and care given and we couldn't of got through this without all your support. All our love Trevor McDermotts family xxxxx
