Had lessons with these last year. The instructor I had was very impatient, and couldn't cope with my learning speed or the fact I was a beginner driver, got bombarded with questions regarding driving, mainly on my first lesson, it was like I was expected to know everything, this is why you're an instructor so you can tell me about driving! Was also laughed at and had some very rude and discriminatory comments made about a medical condition I had. In addition, the instructor forever lost his rag and even shouted at me for driving too slow on one occasion, on my third lesson! (Worth noting I was in a totally new area and his shouting was not helping at all). We rung up and arranged to have a lesson with owner and he was just as bad, criticised for my manner of speaking, I found this extremely unprofessional. He then proceeded to phone my rents and tell them that me learning to drive would be a waste of time and money, which was highly inappropriate considering I could have benefitted from an instructor who was calm and didn't criticise my personality and health problems, that is not what I'm there for! Absolutely ridiculous, avoid this place, I'm sure there are plenty of other instructors out there which I'm sure are more professional than these people!

Great driving school. Would highly recommend Paul again. He was friendly and easy going but serious when he needed to be.
