Suffered from a very slow laptop with additional problems such as crashing when on Zoom meetings. Was recommended to Mark at Bridge Computers. Over several days he kept me posted regarding his ongoing investigation. At every stage he discussed price issues and obtained my agreement before proceeding further. In less than a week the laptop was returned and all problems appear to be resolved. It is far speedier than before. Cost, in my opinion, very reasonable. I have no hesitation in recommending Mark.

I can't speak highly enough about the service provided by Mark. he assessed my problem within minutes, came up with a very practical and economic solution, and delivered it really really quickly. He is the man!

My son managed to blow up his gaming computer with spilt water. After seeing the reviews for mark I thought I would test his skills! Mark went over and above in the service he provided. He contacted me regularly with updates. We had total trust in him. After a long 2 weeks (for my son and no doubt mark!), it was fixed!!! My son came running downstairs and shouted mum. It runs better than before. Dont know what hes done but hes made it a million times better! So thank you mark! You have saved the expense of forking out for a very expensive gaming computer again! Highly highly recommend! And in the nicest of ways mark. I hope I dont see you again! Lou
