I visited GlamMe Aesthetics for Microblading. The place is very clean, I was amazed with a high hygene standard. I was made feel comfortable and confident when Magda talked me through the whole Microblading process. Magda is a very skilled, professional and caring person. I had my previous extensions pulled out using tweezers and had the corners of my eyes glued together which I needed to pry apart at the end of my eyelash appointment. The extensions I received were partly glued to the actual skin on my eyelids, and were so thoroughly caked in glue at the base that it felt like my skin was being poked and pinched whenever I'd close my eyes. The next morning my eyes had started to swell and I had to go and have the extensions removed elsewhere; it took over an hour using glue dissolver because so much glue was used, and even then all the glue couldn't be removed and so I'm left with glue caking my own lashes and the skin just above my lash line. Throughout all of this I was in contact with the owner, who simply disagreed that too much glue was used or that any glue was on my skin, and she just told me to give it time and that I'd feel better. The owner also only offered any kind of refund if I removed a bad review that I had left, and was very unprofessional regarding this review and anything I said about how uncomfortable my eyes were. She just blamed me for various things such as improper after care, then too much after care. I've had my lashes done before and have never had any issues with getting them done. I would steer clear of this place if you don't want to be 50 down and left with irritated, swollen eyes covered in glue.
