Nice studio and freindly atmosphere. The teachers are very helpful and I've been made to feel very at home by them and the rest of the staff. I love the way everyone is quiet snd respectful in the studio before and after classes so we can prepare properly and relax at the end. The classes have a lovely mix of people of various abilities. Great place!

I love this place. The centre is top notch and the staff really know their stuff. Ive practiced hot yoga for over a decade now and this is easily one of the best studios Ive been to.

As a new comer , I felt extremely uncomfortable. I was very proud of the hour I completed and then when I needed to leave due to dizziness the teacher became extremely hostile. They did not have any safeguarding in place or politeness to assist their clients. You are not allowed to leave the room once you enter, the heat is very intense and this was definitely not a beginner class. The trainer held the door to prevent me leaving, this caused me distress and made me feel extremely pressured. I came with someone else who was also shocked at the disrespect shown. During the class youre told to be silent but then asked to applaud the teacher for her demonstrations. Very egotistical, wouldnt recommend to newbies.
