        Will's TV aerials sorted my problem out. That's the bottom line. I thought it was a complex issue, so Will and his colleague were very patient listening to me waffle on about the subtleties of the issue. I just needed a new aerial! But they didn't make me feel like I was fussing (even though I clearly was) They were polite, friendly, nothing was too much bother. Top chaps, and would definitely use them again. Thanks.
