If you think you are getting an offer which appears too good to be true, please DO NOT sign on the dotted line. The CCTV system I have had installed is nothing like the system I requested, the whole sale seems to have been based on lies.
In my opinion, the install engineer wasn't competent and there appears to be no Customer Service, even the Management dont get back to you when they have requested times and dates for a conversation.
The next step for me and Stanley, is to get the system removed, and I will then feel a whole lot better that I do not have to ever deal with them again.
