I'm a bit later posting this as i don't usually leave reviews. But the service i received was that good I was bothering me that i hadn't left one. Last month it was my sons 11th birthday and he is learning how to play the drums. For his birthday i wanted to dig out my guitar and have jam. Speaking to the owner over the phone he mentioned that the books are for 4 hour slots, because it was a special occasion he let me book an hour slot for my son and I. Once we arrived the owner asked if we needed drums (we did) which he set up and get ready. After the booking he asked if we would like more time to play, which we couldn't. Thought it was great to ask. Whilst paying he had a chat with my bot about his drumming and if he enjoyed it. From start to finish was great, and was very approachable. Place was recommended by a friend, and i would also recommend. I know the review isn't a detailed one about the facilities, but to me service is just as important. Thank you, my son still talks about the session.

Excellent rehearsal and recording facility situated on the 6th floor of Pear Mill. Equipment hire and storage available. Bar and social area. Very knowledgeable, welcoming staff.

Outstanding facilities. Great service. Always making improvements and swift to fix any issues. Friendly management, always easy to deal with. Highly recommended. The 'no musicians in the passenger lift' sign is not theirs and more of a reflection on the building owners tbh. There is a reliable goods lift and plenty of parking. An excellent place.
