Excellent service. We came a couple of times for different items, such as pram and car seat, staff are keen to help and show the product properly and explain different options. They even installed the car seats for us, helped carry stuff to the car etc. Thank you

We cannot praise this shop enough. As first-time parents, we didn't know where to begin with when choosing a pram bundle. We visited Beautiful Bambino twice. Once to have a first look after being at Mamas and Papas and the second time after visiting John Lewis. The staff were so welcoming and knowledgeable, they made us feel more confident with our choice. Joe was the one that explained every little detail to us, dismantled every bit of the pram/car seat/carrier cot and got us to try it out ourselves. None of the big stores mentioned above gave us these opportunities or paid the same attention to us and our questions. Excellent payment methods and flexibility with delivery. Very good variety of products. We went for an I candy and we loved the choice in colours.
