I have been a patient at Archwood for around a year and I have to say the interactions I have had with all staff have been positive. I can't fault them in anyway and anything I have needed help with has been solved, and to a good standard. So thank you Archwood Medical Practice, credit where it is due.

Really disappointing lately receptionists are useless , if they don't know they should ask someone who knows the answer, they wing it , sitting at the computers ignoring phone calls , ignoring people , need to attend customer services school. I could go on forever but nothing ever changes

Reception staff are ignorant beyond belief , they sit there sideways looking at computer screens and ignore everyone who is actually present . Please teach them some manners about what they are actually there for .

Rang up at 8 appointment at 11. Blood tests at 2. Dr Raje was excellent. Face to face for reassurance is a must. Thank you to Archwood including the receptionist who was so helpful with the appointment.
