Complete I.T. Manchester

We have been with Complete IT just over a year now. I have little experience of other companies offering IT support and security and tend to think the monthly cost is high for a small charity like ourselves. That said the support is excellent, they are always at the end of the phone and quick to resolve any issues we encounter.

I have nothing but praise for the I.T. desk (namely Gemma & Dan). They are always on hand and seem more than happy to help me with my queries however large or small they may well be. They are friendly and speak to me in a manner that alleviates the stress that is caused when a piece of technology isn't preforming. Most other I.T. people I have dealt with previously tend to be condescending, I have never experienced this with Gemma or Dan. If it wasn't for Gemma & Dan, along with Helen Matthews in accounts, I may have looked elsewhere for my I.T. needs. Nothing is too much trouble for them.
