Rebecca showed us round two properties in December 2022 and January 2023. Both were positive experiences and we cannot thank Rebecca enough. She answered our questions about the properties and when she didn't know the answers straight away, she quickly found out and got back to us.

My experience with this branch was a shambles. They accepted an offer for a property and allowed me to conduct a comprehensive survey costing in excess of 500 refused to mark it SSTC because they were taking names and numbers of other interested parties all along. They played dirty and I would never recommend this company because of their underhanded tactics. They took a copy of my survey report before telling me they had now gone to another buyer . They are not trustworthy or professional and poor communication and underhanded tactics instead of open communication and negotiation. I will be logging a formal complaint and taking it to the property ombudsman.

Rebecca Shannon has been wonderful in helping me to find a property. She has been very efficient and quick at responding to my requirements. Having dealt with a few other estate agents in stockport area, Edward Mellor gets tick to all the boxes.
