        Came to buy a sewing machine with 600 cash in my pocket but the door is locked and when you ring the bell nobody answers and they dont pick up the phone.

        Absolutely brilliant service. Took my Janome in and Peter, the engineer took it in the workshop, I waited about 20 minutes and he returned it, all fixed. He even changed the dial and didnt charge me a penny! So friendly too. Thankyou so much for this excellent service

        Okay I read the reviews on here. I feel they are okay. I have a janome sewing machine 1822. My son lost the race. I explain to the parts department over the phone. After a week I did get the part. All I would say is thank you for helping me out as this was gifted from my dad who passed away 2 years ago. I have had this machine for over 26 years now. It has great sentimental vaule for me. With out this my machine was useless. Now I can enjoy doing all the sewing I want. Thank you

        Rude staff on the phone. Paid for a part over a month ago. Still not received. Requested a refund unable to do and asked me to call back tomorrow? Hopeless. Without this part my machine is useless.
