Although my grandmother wasnt even there for 3 weeks, we cant believe how well she was looked after! It was very difficult for us as a family to make that decision, but as soon as we walked through the door we felt a sense of relief when we met staff members who were absolutely lovely and grandma seemed happy! They looked after my grandma with so much care and compassion for the very last 2.5 weeks of her life with Alzheimers, and we cant thank the team enough for taking such good care for her at the end of her life. They made a fuss of her on her birthday, and even have a Facebook page for families to see some of the many activities that the residents take part in. Honestly the staff are absolute heroes and we couldnt recommend or thank bankfield enough!
