        a very welcoming environment. A combination of strength and cardiovascular and flexibility circuits than are kept interesting each with little to no repeats of the same circuit. Run in a very professional manner with a personal touch. i cannot fault in anyway.

        Absolutely love Seven Movement. Have made massive strength and stamina improvements. Learnt a lot about technique thanks to the fabulous attention to detail from the coaches, Liam, Richard and Dave. I also have made some amazing friends and met lots of like minded people. When else could Friday morning feel like a fun night out?

        Simply the best! Friendly, knowledgable coaches providing stimulating, challenging workouts tailored to suit every individual. Doesnt matter if youve never set foot in a gym or if youre an experienced gym go-er, there will always be a challenge! A lovely, social gym that I cant imagine being without! (Oh, and the Christmas do is the best night of the year!) ;)
