Go elsewhere. Really bad experience! The customer service is just absolutely horrendous. The quality isnt great either. Customer service are absolutely useless! Avoid them like the plague I wouldnt let my worst enemy do business with them. The company is all about ripping people off, sending shoddy goods out and messing people around with refunds. Ive seen they palm each customer off with so sorry log into your account and we will be in touch Ive never heard such nonsense! They never get in touch. Its shocking it really is. Im embarrassed for anyone that works for there. Heres to this dreadful business being shut down!

Disappointed to say the least ,After waiting so long for delivery , many holes didnt line up which I had to redrill ,the sliding doors holes didnt line up with top runners so had to drill them then they dont close fully so had to rig up a rubber flap myself to cover gap to keep Out the rain, then the roof leak from the overlapping panels so had to silicone them all. As an engineer of 40 yrs experience it was a struggle to put together and to try to get things lined up ! Wouldnt recommend to anyone !

Misaligned holes and very poor service. Dont buy. I recommend going somewhere else for any product from this company. The holes are badly misaligned. The company recommended using an electric screwdriver so we purchased a good Bosch one and this didnt work. We bought a cordless drill, so more money spent, to try this next over Easter. Not happy with their further comment which was a fob off and I quote: "As you are aware we sell hundreds of these and this is the first customer to come back with this issue." Charming that. It cost 149.99 so I expect better. I was told by the Shedstore whom I bought it from that they dont offer refunds. Consumer law as and their own website tells me different. Utter pathetic!
