If you need to see the doctor you have a daily half an hour slot to FIGHT for an appt that day or wait 4 weeks.
they will not book you in for the emergency apps for the next day...even tho they tell you your need to see a doctor is urgent.
Your other option is 111.
This is not a fair way to distribute medical time to the community.
Nobody thinks this is right, Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.

Twice they have made it so difficult to get my medication that isn't something that can be missed...even a nurse I spoke to on 111 said she has never known anything like it.
Feel completely let down and even avoid having to communicate with them in any way.
Will be changing doctors.

Rang them this afternoon needed a physiotherapist letter/statement changing from email version to letter format ..
Sharon dealt with my request straight away so I could forward it to my new employer..
