Perfect Cupcakes

What an amazing lady. My daughter is terminally ill and she isnt eating a great deal but fancied some cakes. When I went to pick them up she said there was no charge. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for putting a smile on my daughters face. #one grateful mama xx

The communication, the detail, professionalism, lovely person and as for the cake I was blown away with the detail and the taste was amazing. Poor Quality Of Customer Service and Rude attitude. We do parties every year at different venues but this kind of behaviour was never seen. She kept calling my wife continuously to pay the deposit and book the slot even though my wife said tht v were not in town n will cm bck next week, see the venue and thn book. But she said tht v can book n visit her next week when v r bck to Manchester. Next week when v went to see the place her shop was closed and she was not available. Also v realised that her shop was not in Manchester v had to go through the motorway to get thr. Wen v tried to explain this to her she became rude to us n said deposit is non refundable n thn wen v asked can we use the money to purchase something she said no. Even though it was more than a month's time of cancellation n she cud easily get another booking for the date she behaved as if it was the last day we informed her n refused to refund. V agreed to do another party with a minimum number of kids at a later date. She agreed to tht gave a date n thn sometimes increases the minimum number of kids and sometimes increases the price of per child. Many times she wud not reply as well. At the end today she says tht date is not available. Unfortunately just for tht 50 deposit she had been so rude, not understanding at all and unfair in her business. Well u can't run parties in a little cake shop like tht with such rudeness and unfair business attitudes. Most of all u broke the hearts of little children who were eagerly waiting for a party. I'm really sorry to say but with this kind of attitude I don't how far u cn run a party business in tht small place where thr is not even place for parents to wait. N plz clearly mention that u r not in Manchester if u r taking bookings from ppl living in Manchester n in our case v were on holiday wen she was calling for the deposit. U can't cheat people like tht. N for God's sake don't break the hearts of children. They r special children.
