Peake Refurbishments

Peake refurbishments transformed our dark damp cellar into a beautiful extra bedroom. Tom discussed with us all the requirements needed to meet our wishes and the regulations we would have to adhere to to use the room as a bedroom. The light well was dug out to allow for a fire escape route. the basement floor dug out to allow for all the required membranes and sump pump with back up was fitted to ensure no flooding. He organised all the required inspectors visits, ensuring at every stage the work was compliant. The finished project is a credit to the professionalism of Tom and we would certainly recommend for a basement conversion.

PR undertook a basement refurbishment for us. At every step Tom was courteous and professional. He quoted the work, arrived when arranged, kept us informed all the way and completed as expected. Nothing was too much trouble. Good quality, good value. You wont be disappointed.
