    I purchased a Phantom (now Moving Intelligence) nearly 3 years ago for my caravan, absolutely brilliant and far superior to the manufacturers fitted tracker. And the app is fantastic, the unit can be activated and deactivated from the app, and it shows caravan battery charge state, records caravan mileage done, Etc. Thumbs up from me.

    Appalling service on every level. Failed to fit on the day arranged, changed it without telling me. I cancelled order due to the vehicle being sold before new fitment date. Refund promised and over 3 weeks later and numerous calls.. no refund. Near impossible to get through to anyone and when i did they gave every excuse possible for their failure; COVID, other sickness, failed systems, 'not my dept', 'I'm working from home', no one available, etc. When i did get a promise of refund (3 times and counting) nothing materialised. I now have a 'promise' of a refund next week (5 days to process garbage) I don't hold much hope. My new car needs a tracker but it certainly won't be this outfit.
