The last few times I've been here have been a negative experience. Some (not all) of the staff need to learn some Customer service skills. I work with the public too and understand how frustrating it can be and sometimes challenging but if your staff are rude then it's going to cause ill feeling and people won't want to shop in your store!!!

Edited on Sun, 30th April 2023: Was told today at around 12:30 to remove my mask by a security guard. He said it was so cameras could recognise me. I'm guessing they don't care about customers health and well-being.
