        In love with my new engineered oak flooring from RGN Flooring Supplies. The service was exceptional from the beginning. We ran out of the flooring and Lisa at RGN searched everywhere for some remaining flooring to satisfy our shortfall. 5 packs were found however I needed 12 to complete the works so the search continued. I then received a call from Lisa advising that they had found some leftover stock from another quality which had exactly the same finish but was a wider plank, after seeing a picture that Lisa sent me I could see the finish was incredibly close to the original and unless you go looking for it you would not see the width difference. See image, can you spot the difference? I am so incredibly greatful to Lisa and the team at RGN for finding a solution which could have been a huge problem. Highly recommend . Service 5 Star!
