LouisA Uren, gave me the worst possible customer experience ever. And had the worst attitude, that escalated a situation unnecessarily. I don't get why people who are rude work in customer service. At least be professional. There are ways to speak to people, especially when you are speaking on behalf of a large company. Appalled. Thankfully everyone else was very helpful, but I'm glad I won't be dealing with Primo again.
