I went yesterday to the Cafe. The Man that served me was very polite and Professional. He was very busy on his own. But still served with a smile. Fantastic Customer Service. I didnt get his Name. He was there at about 14.15pm

AWFUL rotting smell by the entrance with the elevators. Every single day. Please fix it its disgusting. It carries downstairs into the shop as well

Went to this store today i never felt discrimination like this before. All i went in for was a drink to help my acid reflux. The way i was treated by the manager & staff never again please avoid.
