Booked a table of 12 online for my 21st birthday and had a lovely time. Booking process was easy to do online and they text you the day before to confirm and this allows you to alter your booking if needed. No deposit required to book either unlike some other places. It was very clean and the staff were friendly. They put some BBQ crisp type things on the table for you to munch on whilst you wait for food which was a nice touch. Would recommend. Wheelchair accessibility: Restaurant is upstairs but there is a lift up to the floor that you can get so no problem at all. Plenty of space for a wheelchair in the actual restaurant.

door host and waitress were lovely however, bolognese was watery. our single starter took 30 minutes to come out and our mains arrived around 40 minutes after. so in total 1hr 10 waiting. we actually saw our food come out but it stayed on the pass whilst various members of staff walked past it. only once the bell was rung did the young FOH staff turn around and pick it up. at this point, it had been out for a while. luckily we both got pasta which happened to hold the heat so it was still warm when we eventually got it. then we werent offered any new drinks, any parmesan or anything extra. this is routine in any restaurant but we had to specifically ask for these things instead of it being offered to us. desert was good and again, i cant fault our waitress but the general experience wasnt that great.

the food was delicious but the service was horrible! i tried calling the waitress many times and no one was near by i had to walk to the other side of the restaurant and ask for the order standing up and had to wait a lot more for someone to get to table so i could order the check

I felt discriminated as a mother with a fuzzy toddler. Had no chance to try as we were told it's full (2 tables were occupied) and denied an entry ... but I believe it was because they didn't want to accommodate and feed a hungry fuzzy baby.
