If we dont chase each and every order ourselves, we wont know they arent shipping things due to their constant supply issue.
The fact that they are Apple Authorised Resellers is baffling as they have no customer service skills. Super disappointing company to work with am currently in the works trying to change our supplier to any other supplier under the planet as Id rather even buy it from Amazon at full price than have a tiny discount and items still take forever to arrive and communication is just non-existent.
