Actually the worst customer service. I bought a pair of Next Trainers but they werent comfortable. Because I mostly work at home these days I finally had a chance to return them a week after I bought them in store. I had the receipt and how ever when I got to the check out the man there was very rude. Made me feel uncomfortable and judged. I had the receipt but he said because theres not tag he wouldnt be able to give me a refund even though it was less than seven days after I bought the shoes rather than offering an exchange or store note he insinuated Id been wearing the shoes and made the whole experience horrible. I understand retail is having a difficult time at the moment but that doesnt excuse poor customer service.

Very rude people working here. Have been there because I have not received the money back from an item I had returned. Staff yelled at me saying it was not their problem, I should contact my bank. Better avoid this store
