        Appalling customer service on 22nd April 2023. Incredibly rude staff. Was told I was unable to put through a transaction separately from my partner as the sales assistant was too busy. Do not shop here. Abandoned an 80 purchase. Do not shop here. Hostile and unprofessional staff. Hugo Boss should do better

        I love the Hugo brand and shop there regularly. I was given the wrong jacket in my bag, which really irrated me as I had to travel 3 hours to return the jacket. I was very disappointed there was not even an apology for the mistake. They just kept trying to sell me the other jacket without acknowledging the mistake. I would have swapped if the service was better. I was disappointed the service isn't better for the prices.
