Finished course in January.and thats about it. My work has not been moderated and the promise of an interview has not materialised. It feels like they get you through the door to obtain govt funding and then forget about you.

I am currently studying a level 2 counselling course through TSN. I was told (as with other reviews) I'd have a tutor to help me but so far since starting I have had zero support from any tutor or otherwise, despite asking. My first assessment got marked almost 3 weeks after submission as I was told all the "tutors" were on annual leave. I was told by Ben at TSN to email him with the help I needed for my next assignment and he'd "pass it on to the relevant people". That was over a week ago and my next assignment is due in 2 days. Why do I have to deal with a middle man and not the course tutors directly? (If there are any). Have emailed TSN to cancel the course as it's just not worth.

It a alright course but some of the questions are very hard to do and have to be on time waste of time in my mind though

They're really scraping the bottom of the barrel for tutors here. The lack of communication is astounding, but you get what you pay for.

The course was a waste of time and not what I expected at all. Communication non-existent. A couple emails sent asking for some details never received a response. The material itself is ridiculous. I'm in my 30s and I just wanted some help getting back into employment after working for myself for a few years, so thought this course would be a good idea, but it wasn't. The material seemed to be made for 12 year olds. Ridiculous clickable images that glitched all the time, badly photoshopped laptops and rubbish like this. Is it too much to ask for stuff to be presented like a workbook? Some sort of pdf type of book or something? It's a joke. I wonder if I'll even receive my diploma because lots of people have been saying that they haven't even got it months and months after completion... EDIT: as suspected, its now been almost 4 months since I submitted all my work and I have no diploma. When contacted Skills Network they told me they dont know themselves when my diploma will be ready. Thanks for my wasted time, Skills Network.
