        I have dealt with Simon who owns this company for alot of years now, he is always helpful and very knowledgable and a nice bloke to talk to, He will always help you in anyway he can, I have only ever bought my desktop computers and for the last few years my laptops from Simon, if anything goes wrong he is only a couple of miles away, having said that I have never once had a problem with any of my purchase from Simon, so I rate him 5 stars.

        The laptop was at the office for 3 weeks, and in the end it was not fixed. While there were no improvements and it was still not working, I was still charged for that. And it is a brand new and quite expensive laptop, barely a month after purchase when it broke down, and after all this time with no result it also came back with scratches on the lid. P.S.: To answer the reply for this comment, it was my partner who went into the service. It was laptop HP Envy and I can definitely provide the receipt for GBP 70 dated 13-05-2022.
