The visit started off with my grandaughter going on the indoor playroom and coming back covered in urine. Along with two other small girls. We had to go buy some more clothes. Management not interested. The menus were sticky, tables dirty. Went to reluctantly order food only to be told there was no fizzy drinks available. The manager should have at least come to talk and not just made a feeble apology from across the room.

Visited the wishing well many times ,never have we experienced . Poor service, lack of menu poor food like we did today . We were a party of 15 for a 40th birthday surprise. Sub standard hygiene tables left not cleaned Food orders wrong or not at all . Play area someone had ? been sick or had a accident staff thrown paper towels on it and left when children were playing staff made aware several times very disappointed. To the young waitress who was polite and doing your best thankyou .

Somewhat disappointed. Keep going for a meal only to find that there are only 7 disabled parking bays . Of which once again today only 2 were occupied by disabled people and the other 5 occupied by staff and parents n children. Had to watch truly disabled people struggle across from the empty car park to access the building. Its not some days its every time I visit. Some customers/staff have no thought for others, just themselves. Yes Ive mentioned it to duty managers but as they dont monitor the car park its pot luck if your disabled and need a disabled bay.
