However the courier let them down, so instead of this being a problem it was just an opportunity for Sian in sales and Nicola in after sales to show how much they value their customers and also how dealing with an independent company can benefit by the efforts they dedicated to ensuring I received a replacement with no issues or drama Well done and thank you
