Great customer service! We ordered a set of testing kit but there was a hiccup due to Royal Mail strike. Sarah has been following up, even during weekend. We got the kit eventually. (After 10 days) And once we completed the test, Sarah immediately communicated with the lab. We got the test result on the same day.
