Had an appointment booked today at 1.00pm got a text message at 12.20 saying the car is no longer for sale I was already 50miles into my arranged appointment they had obviously sold the car to someone else as when I booked the viewing they also told me someone else was interested, what a waste of my time and fuel Very unprofessional and untrustworthy

I had been looking for a Peugeot RCZ for a while and Im always cautious when buying off garages, but I fell in love with it straightaway. For a 10 year old I didnt expect perfection and I had piece of mind when I knew it was going to be given a new MOT. Im no expert on cars, but as a car fanatic have had a fair few, I now know a lot of things I have to look for when purchasing a car, even though Im a woman. I had concerns about the discs and brake pads, I purchased the car on a Saturday and it went in the following Friday for the MOT test, so in the meantime I took it to my mechanic where he confirmed that these would need replacing , I mentioned this to Aspire cars, and they replied that if it failed the MOT on this then they would replace them. They were as good as their word, car failed, and all was replaced, one very happy lady. However when changing discs and pads the mechanic damaged the ABS sensor, but they said they would replace it, and this took some weeks to arrive, but it finally did. There is a very sad ending to this story, as last weekend, I was in a rush to see my mother in hospital, I took a single track backroad to the hospital, lots of rain, and couldnt see there was a dip in the road, and my car basically got flooded ( along with quite a few others I discovered later), totally gutted as I hadnt felt this way about a car since in my 20s, 53 now I would however like to say a big thank you to all the guys at Aspire cars, Paul, Nick and Nigel for your great customer service and the down to earth people that you are. I would certainly buy a car off these guys again, Excellent job. Please contact me guys if you have another one come in !!! Thanks a million!!! Sandr
