PetAirUK have been utterly brilliant. Efficient, friendly and reassuring at every stage in the process, even when the airline cancelled our Beagle's flight at the very last minute they sprung into action and had her rebooked for the following day within minutes. If I ever had to fly my beloved pet again, I wouldn't even consider using anyone else. The quality of the crate was incredible, Molly arrived in great shape, not distressed at all and in great time. Thank you so much to Clare and the rest of the team for making a very stressful time significantly easier with the perfect result at the end - a happy puppy safely relocated from the UK->New Jersey. We used Petair UK to get our dog to Australia. We collected Annie safe and well on Sunday, as you can imagine she was absolutely ecstatic to see us and she has settled in as if shes been in the car 20 mins down the road! She arrived at a lower weight but put that weight back on during quarantine. Yourself and colleagues at Petairuk have been absolutely fantastic from day 1 right until handover once she left Doha. Although it was a tough period for us waiting for her release, the quarantine centre were also brilliant with frequent updates. We really think shell like her new life here on the Sunshine Coast! Once again, thanks again, and I would highly recommend you guys to anyone!

Excellent communication with the company and everything was done very quickly and smoothly. They are expensive but compared to other reputable companies they seem to be overall less expensive. There are different package options so you can choose. We used them to move our cat from the UK to the US.

Sent our cat (reluctantly) from UK to Vancouver in Aug 2022. Glad we did now, rather than take her as hand luggage with Air Canada (which WestJet still haven't reopened cause of 'COVID'!). Went with Gold service, worth the extra. Happy cat and happy cat parents. 100% would recommend
