Back up and running, filming 'Rocketman'. Cast and crew of 200 to 300 onsite each day. The lot is now 3x larger. Sept 2018. This is a working studio, with tens of $millions being spent. Don't be a paparazzi, let them do their work in peace, don't ruin it. If you want to take pictures, go on a non-filming day and talk to security at the gate first. Let them know who you are, and why you are there. Don't take pictures of people, car number plates, or film sets. Respect the place. This single image is published and shared to show the studio back up and working, not the present film production. Bray Studios is saved for now, so let's not screw that up. Go talk to security before taking pictures. I found them quite amenable so long as you don't 'scare the horses'. Talk to them first. If they don't want any pictures, please respect that. It's their job, let them do just that. March 2020 - They now have half a dozen temporary (large) tents on site. Now building what looks like a permanent 20,000-30,000sqft stage. See latest photos. Down Place is being renovated. Site has expanded at least 200% in the last 12 months. They are working on four large stages now, plus all the new ancillary works. Word on the street as of March 2020 is that they have bookings for at least the next 18months. See the drone photo(s) for a good overview of the site, March 2020. Oct 2022 - Added some amateur 'steadi' video of the place taken in 2011, just for the record. That was when the studio was on it's knees. The developers asked for input, feedback, ideas. I told them their housing plan was cr*p. Here's a plan for an expanded studio, based purely on the value of the history of the site, rather than the mark-to-market real estate valuation. Seems they say the light. Video is from 2011.
