Bought a used Nissan Leaf and can't fault the service. Will was very accommodating for viewings/collection and the whole transaction was very smooth. Chuffed with the car too!

Rejected Audi A5 car as although Mr Sennett agreed to purchase a new turbo, after taking it off decided it was fine despite the rattling noise and an independent garage writing a note advising replacement. Previous to this we agreed I take the car and return it for some faults be fixed (4 days) during this time the window dropped, no cable for multimedia was present and speaker was not working. When I returned the car, I handed Mr Sennett the note from the garage and he reluctantly agreed to buy a new turbo. Next day after calling he then changed his mind and thought it would be better to send it off for refurb which would take two weeks. As this is inconvenient and he was reluctant to pay for a turbo as agreed I ended up sourcing one for next day and strongly advised that he ordered it. He then delayed receiving it saying he missed delivery, cant wait at his house for hours then finally diverted the delivery to the forecourt and not at his house. After speaking with the suppliers, the turbo was always addressed to be sent to the forecourt. Once he finally got round to replacing, phoned saying the tried and tested turbo was no good and it says on the invoice. What part supplier sends out an item and mark it faulty, spoke with supplier again and said Mr Sennett was talking out of his hat and it had been tested hence 6 months warranty. After agreeing to have the car back he illegally deducted money from the full refund which needed to paid (within 30 days) as his mechanic of 50 years (his grandad by all accounts) took 9hrs removing one bolt from the turbo housing, probably best to go into retirement then? Also, he had put my car first, lost other work and spent a considerable amount of time on this although it was at the garage failing the mot for 5 days. When it was returned to him from the MOT station went to Legoland the next day, hardly a considerable amount of time. Went on to tell me, if Im not happy to go legal, so I did. He also tried charging storage at 12.50 a day whilst going through the court process (also illegal). Wouldnt share his email making it more difficult serving LBA and witness statements just to be awkward. Sends an email saying the courts have ordered him to pay his offer of refund, courts sent email noting they knew nothing of this. Sent letter to me advising postman had removed the LBA (letter before action) which was taped sealed then delivered him an empty envelope? Lied in court on how many previous owners the car had, Mr Sennett said 2 when it was actually 5 but then checked his auto trader app? agreed 5 although the car was not advertised. After the Judge awarded costs and spanked Mr Sennett all over the court room, he then threatened me with court if I did not send him the documents (as he has now sold the car but even now is being advertised) and spare key as per the order he was sent, order clearly stated he needed to collect at his own costs. As for the spare key, it was never given and even now is being advertised with two keys, make of that as you will. I could go on with the amount of lies Mr Sennett came out with during our dealings and would strongly advise avoiding Mr Sennett and his car logic. If anything goes wrong, he seems to be above the law and does as he pleases relying on his past customers experience not having the time to fight it in court. He is now advertising the car for an extra 900 to re coup the court costs he was ordered to pay, hardly fair for the unsuspecting potential buyer. I bought this car in good faith (paid upfront) although it had some other faults as he said he would fix and this is how Mr Sennett shows his appreciation for customers giving him the benefit of the doubt and taking his so-called word. For the previous customers who had the misfortune buying a car from Car Logic and not being able to go to court, this ones for you. Mr Sennett please dont reply to this review with your usual You are missing some HUGE facts no one will believe you as youre incapable of telling the truth.

10/10 - could not have had a better customer experience. Brilliant family business that really offer advice before making a sale. I purchased a vehicle from these guys in November 2021 and they were nothing but helpful. Came with a great warranty and Will at Car Logic was always on hand to help if you needed to call. Would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle!
