Just bought my second surfboard set up here and they have steered me right every-time. Super honest, knowledgeable and approachable local surf shop.rarer than they should be. Cant recommend enough. Only stocks quality and speak to Lee who knows his stuff and only stocks quality. HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys if you plan to surf in North Devon and need a set up.

Brought our first (beginner) board from here this week. The guys were very helpful and knowledgeable, helped us to choose the perfect board for our experience level. They did us a brilliant deal on the board, including some really decent fins, a nice leash and free bar of wax. We had a awesome time surfing on it this weekend in Croyde!!

Highly recommend! I went in here to take a look at some surfboards as I passing by. I completely fell in love with one of the boards on the rack and thanks to some of the best service I have ever had, walked away bearing a huge smile on my face and a beautiful new board under my arm. I will definitely be going back here in future and would highly recommend the boardbarn to anyone thinking of buying themselves a new board, suit or any other piece of equipment. And before I forget, a great cup of coffee!

Boardbarn is the most friendly and welcoming place to get all your surf gear from as well as skating , free diving , clothing etc. I 100% recommend boardbarn to any surfer of any level , Lee and Karen are VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and have helped my boyfriend and I out from the very beginning with my first board and wetsuit and continue to help me along my journey . Above all they are the most kind hearted and lovely people who are always wanting to help .
