Having never used an employment agency before, I contacted Jess via Linked-In to see if she could help me in my search for next new challenge. Jess was brilliant at talking me through the process, qualifying me to see what I was looking & would be suitable for and would want from my next role and then went straight to work in finding me suitable roles. Jess always kept me up to date with her searches and came back to me on time, as promised! Once she had found me a suitable role, Jess filled me in with a very detailed job description and gave me a good insight into the company and I was reassured it would be the right fit. I have since had my interview and start my new role on the 3rd October! I would highly recommend JTR Agency to anyone looking for work in the South West.

Jess was thoroughly professional and kept me updated throughout the process. I received honest appraisals of the candidates I chose to interview rather than having anyone thrown at me. It's not a buyers market at the moment but Jess cut through crowd and found me what I needed. I'd certainly recommend.
