I've trained with Kate for over three years and can't recommend highly enough. Highly motivating, great at changing up workouts and helping me work towards various goals - toning up, feeling good for my wedding, maintaining fitness during busy life periods etc. Kate is fun to train with and I feel fitter, stronger and healthier than I ever have!

Kate gave me personal training at her place in Devon Braunton. Wow what an experience, she has helped me get very fit and in shape. Kate is very professional and motivating & amazing at pushing you beyond your limits. Her exercise studio is also a great place to work out. I cannot recommend her enough!

I've been training with Kate for 5 years and can highly recommend! Her vast knowledge and experience in all types of rehabilitation training has really helped me maintain my work and keep my body strong as a deep tissue therapist. She's also trained me throughout my pregnancy which has supported me during my many changes and helped me feel really positive about my post pregnancy recovery. Super grateful!

Ive trained with Kate for over five years now and I couldnt do without our weekly sessions! Because of her, Im stronger and fitter than Ive ever been, and look forward to working out. Kate is 100% real and knows how to get the best out of me while keeping it fun - even when Im doing squat jumps!
