Since then, my other achievements are competing in the World Pilot Gig Championships in 2022. And, I have been selected to row this year.
He is very knowledgeable, professional and works hard to get the best out of you. I have achieved a level of fitness that I didn't think was possible at my age 63. I would definitely recommend Jon.

He really pushes me to achieve much more than I would push myself, and each session is a different mix of exercises to challenge and increase my fitness levels. In addition to the PT and classes hes also put together a training plan for me which is great to keep the fitness options varied throughout the week. Jon is also continuously checking my form in the exercises to mitigate any injuries, and this is not a problem over zoom either, hes well set up for this.
I do have an existing knee and back niggle from time to time and he always ensures that the exercises arent going to cause me discomfort (apart from the regular aching muscles!) in the coming days. I would recommend Jon to any level of fitness looking for support to get started or a challenging programme.
