        Seagrass is a very warm and welcoming environment with classes suited for every level. You will with no doubt leave a class at Seagrass feeling both physically and mentally amazing, the classes are always so happy with ALOT of laughter! Marcela is a superb teacher, I would highly recommend going to her classes.

        I love classes with Marcela, the most friendly class. perfect if you want to improve your health and have a Giggle at the same time. Marcela is extremely knowledgeable with so much experience to share.

        I highly recommend classes at Seagrass. Marcela is passionate and knowledgeable and always makes classes fun. I think the laughing is all part of the core strength training

        Seagrass fitness has really helped me with my Ms and gained my confidence going there too! really like the fun classes and the outings out . Marcela makes the classes enjoyable and fun and always tries to get more people to come to her classes if possible. Also its nice to meet other new ppl there and other fitness instructor if Marcela cant do them! Marcela you are the best instructor
