Michelle is an excellent therapist. I was having hip and lower back pain and Michelle quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me suggested stretches to do, as well as providing massage treatment and the issue was resolved. Michelle has also helped me with neck and shoulder pain and general body alignment. Michelle provides a relaxed environment and is quick to put you at ease.

Michelle is excellent. Spends a lot of time understanding your problems and how they can be remedied via her therapeutic treatment and prevention of recurrence. Lots of exercises are suggested and encouraged! This has helped my chronic back and neck issues more than any other therapy - and I have tried lots!

I first visited Michelle about 18 months ago after a referral from my chiropractor, I was experiencing quite severe back pain and discomfort. This was about 6 weeks before a long MTB event - we had been training for about 2 years so there was a lot of pressure to get on the bike again After an initial consultation and treatment there was massive pain relief - and I am happy to say that with the treatments and prescribed stretching I completed the event and the pain has not reoccurred More recently I had to return to Michelle following a slight bike crash - and once again after treatment and rest I am back on the bike again I cannot rate Michelle's treatment highly enough - never pushing for additional and unnecessary appointments - but getting to the core of the issue and working to develop the best results
