Braunds Sail Loft

Incredible space, host and area. We stayed for a week in Braunds and couldnt have had a more fantastic time from start to end. Before our arrival Emma was in touch with helpful tips and recommendations for the house and area, even going as far as to researching accessible places to visit (as on of our party was a wheelchair user). The open plan design of the loft; downstairs bedrooms and walk in shower also made the accommodation easy to navigate and comfortable for wheelchair users. We loved the communal areas, perfect for gathering friends and family. Everything about the house is so well thought out and flawlessly put together, a brilliant base to discover all north Devon has to offer. Just walking distance from some fantastic restaurants (hang loose was our favourite recommended by emma); quirky little shops and beautiful beaches (if youre up for a little longer stroll) the location is ideal for a relaxing staycation. Couldnt rate the place highly enough, phenomenal stay.

This was time to share with some valuable friends and the choice proved to be perfect in this spacious and beautifully designed home, the attention to detail was throughout. This part of Devon with coastal walks, enormous beaches and excellent pubs and restaurants is not to be missed. Then to be followed by an evening around the fire pit with a glass of wine. Magical !!

Our stay was fantastic. The high standard of the fittings and furnishings made the stay feel luxurious. The windows, velux roof windows as well as the vast patio doors made it very easy to keep the house cool as well as warm. The local amenities, suggested by the host, were fantastic. Local beaches suited us beautifully. Children, dogs and adults were all happy. We will definitely be returning.
