Pixie Dell Stores

Really shocking and quite unbelievable service. Having lived in the local area all her life my 80 year mum went back to this store this afternoon to exchange some clotted cream she had purchased on Saturday. When we took it out of the fridge to use on Sunday for our cream tea the clotted cream had mold on the top. The use by date was the 25th August 2022. She has just left the store having been told that they wouldnt exchange or refund the product and in short excused her of not storing the product correctly. It was also noted that the fridges had the silver screens down which implies they are faulty.

Our little boy LOVES going to Pixie Dell Stores! Manny and Rose are such lovely people. Very welcoming and they run an excellent shop with all sorts of goodies for sale. Very convenient for a wide range of products and all your everyday purchases. They often have great deals and promotions running! They also stock a wide variety of Wines, Beers and lagers too. Nothing is too much trouble and they are very happy to give you a free box to carry your shopping in if you'd like to avoid plastic bags. We are so lucky to have such a great store on Saunton Park and I would encourage all locals and holiday makers to support them all year round.

Convenient but more expensive than larger stores. Does not accept cards below 3 for purchases.

One of the best stores locally for all you're day to day needs, great customer service and really lovely warm hearted people. Always warmly welcomed. Good people. Would definitely recommend this store.
