Asked for a quote, initial response to view proposed job was quick as they were working at neighbouring property. Waited for quote, chased was promised quote by a given date. Then totally ghosted when I chased again. I get builders are busy, that they can pick and choose their jobs but why not just say not interested, two seconds on WhatsApp is all it takes. Really poor and unprofessional.

Matthew and the team were fantastic. They were polite, reliable and turned up when they said they would. I received update messages and had open dialogue regarding what my options were. Where I left it to the team to decide i.e. my flooring and windows, they matched it well to my existing decor. All the building regulations were dealt with too. Top quality and a great finish. Would recommend.

I feel lucky to have found Matt and his company, MJ Building. Recently finished a major extension to my bungalow in Westbury, including a giant 3m roof lantern. Matt was one of the first to actual take the time to come and quote. The quote was very fair, and even when I decided to scale back a little, Matt was adaptable. During the build, from start to finish, Matt and his team (and his sub-contractors for flat-roofing, windows and electrical work) were just exemplary. In summary, I'd say MJ Building is professional, courteous, hard-working, and were also happy to take on any additional work/challenges I threw at them (electric underfloor heating, plumbing, landscaping). I couldn't be happier. I have more plans for future work and will only call on Matt / MJ Building to do it.
