Ed and his experienced team have given us a completely new rear garden. They removed a concrete jungle of a garden. They removed a ramp & the remains of 3 patios. All this during the wettest March in years. We now have a superb rear garden which is so different from before. Nothing was to much trouble, changes to the design were discussed and agreed without fuss. They all worked so hard to give us our fantastic garden. Would recommend Ed to anyone. An excellent experience from start to finish. We had confidence that our new Garden Patio was in safe hands from our initial meeting with Ed. He was informative, discussed possible ideas for layout and finish and quoted us on the different options to ensure that we were able to make an informed choice. This team is not just Ed, and the friendly professional approach extends to the entire team of Martin, Will and Callan who were persevering through many challenging weather conditions. As with most large projects, decisions need to be made along the way, some potentially effecting costs, but at all times we were kept informed, and this included points where savings had been made also. Ultimately we are now the proud owners of an extensive sleeper edged Patio area that wraps around our house. The build quality and finish are first class, and they came in within budget. We recently had Ed & his team build somes steps made from sleepers on our garden slope, so it would give us better access in the garden. We are so pleased with what they achieved in the pouring rain, all worked extremely hard, friendly & very professional. Also nice to see the team tidy up & clear all the rumble afterwards. Excellent service. Martin and Will arrived on time and got stuck in, cut back my very overgrown hedge to a manageable height for me, cleared brambles and weeds from my gravel garden, moved pots, emptied any dead plants and made it all look nice again. As they did this so quickly and Ed said I could have them for the day they went on to tidy the front garden, strimmed my parking space and down the drive and round the edge of the lawn, pruned my apple and magnolia trees and opened up my little arbour so I can get in it again. They also gave advice on how to care for some of the plants and gave some suggestions for how to make it wheelchair friendly, Will even put my swing seat back together for me. Big thank you goes to Ed and his team for replacing our wooden fence here at the Preschool and finishing off the play area fence and replacing gates. Theyve given the Preschool a new lease of life, as you enter the setting from the bottom road the new fence runs right up round to the top car park, it looks amazing! Very professional and great service :)
